ADR 53: Full Throttle Fallout

["Keys to the City” is playing over the PA as the ADRENALINE opening video package plays. Highlighting the big moments from last week.]

Chris Caudill: Welcome to ADRENALINE 53!

[Pyro shoots up as the camera pans around the New PWX Arena!]

Ricky Cravate: We are LIVE from the McConnell Arena in Montreal, starting off our Canadian tour!

Chris Caudill: With Jessica Harmony running this edition of ADR, Darin Zion can not be too happy. We will see what progresses as the show goes on.

Ricky Cravate You think he isn’t happy? Let’s get down to the ring however, we understand that Elijah black has something he needs to get off his chest.



[Purple lights pulse around the arena as “Smash The Control Machine” thunders through the speakers…]

With the perfect hair
And the perfect wife
And the perfect kids
And the perfect life
I will finally be somebody...

[…before Elijah Black steps out on top of the ramp, wearing a leather jacket, Pitchshifter t-shirt, scuffed jeans and a pair of army boots, and he surveys the arena for a moment]

Chris: Elijah has been rather quiet as of late. Wonder what the former world champion has to say.

[Black walks toward the ring, his mind focused, only deviating from his stride to take a mic from Alexis Lace, before he rolls under the ropes into the ring, pacing around for a moment before he raises the mic to his lips]

Black: So you all saw Full Throttle, right?

[Black pats himself on the waist, indicating that something is missing]

Black: So you know…well, you know.

Ricky: Exactly what do we know champ?

Chris: Hush, let the man speak.

Black: You’ll also know that I set out my stall to say that, on that show, I prove myself once and for all as the new leading light in PWX, as I proved that not only could I win a title but I could also turn back a challenger no matter how determined in order to prove myself as champion. Instead…

[Black motions to the empty space around his waist]

Black: …instead a guy who doesn’t even work here walked out with the title, made that bit more embarrassing for me because I was the first guy eliminated.

Chris: I think he did a fine job the first time he was world champion.

Ricky: Is this getting to a point?

Black: So, having been granted time off to heal up, I was looking at coming into the match as close to 100% as I could muster, yet still it was not enough and once more the title leaves my grasp almost as soon as it had been placed in my hands. And you know what? When that happens once you start to question yourself. When it happens twice you start to become concerned. But three times? That’s when you think that something isn’t working.

[Black absent-mindedly kicks at some imaginary dirt in the ring]

Black: So with that in mind, with Troy Stone holding the PWX title, I’ve let myself down just as I have let everyone who watches this company down, and until I can look myself in the eye when I’m stood in front of my bathroom mirror and say I can not only regain that title but also thrive with the championship around my waist, I am going to take some time out so I can take a good, long look at myself and find that extra 1% that seems to go missing when I need it most.

[The crowd gasps]

Ricky: Elijah Black taking time off from PWX?

Chris: This can’t be happening. Elijah is one top talent, this is such a shock to the PWX locker room. Jessica can’t be happy at this.

Black: As far as I’m concerned, for as long as Troy Stone holds that title, that makes me a failure and that is what I need to amend before I come back to prove that my words are a platform, but my actions are the structure that is built upon those sturdy foundations. Because, when I am ready, I will come back and I will make it my mission to prove that I can beat Troy Stone that I can carry the PWX Championship, and I can be the leader that this company needs. But until that day, from the second when I walk back up that ramp, you won’t see me until I am good and ready.

[Black drops the mic, and without another word he rolls out of the ring and makes his way towards the back, the crowd stunned at what they just heard]

SINGLES MATCH
Nighthawk VS Tiami Tyler

Nighthawk is waiting in the middle of the ring, awaiting the arrival of Tiami Tyler. Unfortunately for him, it was Jessica Harmony who came storming down the ramp and into the ring. She let Nighthawk know what was going on and the look on his face was one of shock and utter disbelief. Jessica then got a mike, taking a deep sigh before saying anything.

Jessica: I am not happy to announce this, but Tiami Tyler has refused to show to this match, but show to the House of Stone party. I am highly frustrated because this woman has a thirty day probation period in her contract. Of the people who know that I do not like being made a fool, it is her. Don’t worry folks, the party is next and the whole House of Stone will be aware of who really runs the show, and it is NOT Darin Zion. The winner of this match by forfeit….Nighthawk. Hawk, you will get a spot on the next card, and it’s a number one contender match for the Hybrid title at Devil’s Night. Your opponent? Adam Stryker. Good luck with that.

Jessica then walked out of the ring, not happy with the outcome of this match. She sighed deeply, meeting up with Ophelia Morganti in the back to talk about things that just happened. Nighthawk got out of the ring and went to the back shaking his head.

WINNER: Nighthawk

The camera pans to inside the ring where the canvas has been replaced with a black covering. Resting by the side of the ropes inside the ring is a table with a bucket full of wine bottles and inside the ring is currently Megan Pierce, who's sporting a black blazer with a blue dress underneath, Bruce Bowen, who was sporting a black tailor made suit with black tailor made pants; David Wilson; who instead of dressing up, simply wore a black leather jacket with a white shirt underneath and blue jeans and standing next to him was Tiami Tyler. Megan is the one that has the microphone and the crowd gives her a mixed reaction.

Megan: PWX fans worldwide salutations. As you may know my name is Megan Pierce and right now I'm going to introduce to you the new PWX World Heavyweight Champion, Troy Stone!

The crowd immediately boos as "Shooting Star" blares over the PA system. Soon Troy Stone walks to the ramp with a black suit jacket with a red shirt underneath, black tailor made pants and dress shoes, drawing boos from the crowd once they see him wearing the PWX World Heavyweight Championship around his waist.

Ricky Cravate: And there goes the NEW PWX World Heavyweight Champion Chris and man does that title look good on him!

Chris Caudill: Yeah Troy Stone's the new champion all right. But the way he won the title was nothing worth celebrating about.

Ricky Cravate: You deebie downer! Who cares! He won! He's the new World champion! The Era of Stone is here!

Troy starts walking down the ramp with a huge smirk on his face. Troy looks around at the crowd and shrugs his shoulders before mouthing "Who's got it better than me?!" Troy later slowly walks up the steel steps and then enters the ring where the rest of the House of Stone is there to greet him. Troy walks up to Megan, to which she hugs him. After that he walks over to Bruce and Troy's the one that hugs him. Troy then walks over to Tiami, who hugs him and then David simply pounds fist with troy.

Ricky Cravate: Look at that! Look at the House of Stone congratulating their fellow member. That's unity right there.

Chris Caudill: Regardless of what my opinion about the House of Stone is you're right. Troy has formed a united unit around himself and it's led to him being the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Troy's music fades out and Megan soon hands Troy a microphone. The crowd boos and Troy laughs before he brings the microphone to his lips.

Troy: Seems like all of you don't like the sight you all see huh?

The crowd boos and Troy smirks.

Troy: of course dweebs. Of course. You know what's funny. It seems like every single thing PWX gives me time to come out and address all of you, something massive has happened to Troy Stone. I remember my first time here in a PWX ring back in May when i told all of you that I would ascend higher than those you all like to call the "best" PWX has to offer. And then a mere month later, I came out here after winning MY, still MY, PWX Evolution Championship. And then a month later David and I trolled all of you. We did. Admit it dweebs. And now here I am, out in front of all of you with a microphone in my hands as the new PWX World Heavyweight Champion. Seriously who has it better than me?

The crowd boos and Troy smirks.

Troy: oh yeah you guys don't like that whatevs but this right here basically means that when i said that I would reach the apex of PWX way back in May, that I was right. BTW I'm usually right. But none of you jumped on the troy Stone bandwagon. None of you did and as the months have gone on, none of you have given me the proper respect that I deserve. That goes for everyone else in the back who kept disrespecting me, kept thinking that Troy Stone's some comedy act. That i can't be serious. Well I ask all of you in the back how serious is this huh?

Troy unfastens his belt and raises his above his head. The crowd boos again and Troy looks around and smiles. The rest of the House of Stone looks on.

Troy: Exactly. I seriously wish Zion saying all of you had to be at ringside while this party was going on was true so all of you could witness this up close with your own eyes. Because bow I hold in my hands the one thing all of you lust over and think i didn't even carve for this! I didn't come out week in and week out about how bad I wanted the World title. If anything everyone knows how much i cherished the Evolution Championship, My title still, which will come back to me one day. Everyone knows my agenda. That's stealing the show. That's outworking everyone. And think about this, I won this in four months! Some of you have been here for what a year and a half and you guys haven't even sniffed this. None of your doubts or you dweebs the PWX universe can take away MY moment, MY spotlight away from me because now i have in possession the most sought after thing in this company. Which further proves I think without a shadow of a doubt that I am not only the COOLEST and SEXIEST man in the world, not the undisputed best PWX has to offer but damn it, the best in wrestling in general.

The crowd boos again and Troy smirks.

Chris Caudill: This man's ego just has no bounds what so ever.

Ricky Cravate: And? He's the World champ. he's earned that ego.

Troy looks at his fellow House of Stone members before bringing the microphone back to his lips.

Troy: So yes dweebs my title victory was of MY doing. Not none of you so please don't jump on the Troy Stone bandwagon now because that ship has sailed. Although there's a few people deserve to share this moment with me. The people that actually knew that Troy Stone was a star when all of you dweebs denied it! You're looking at those people right now in the middle of the ring. Meg, Bruce, Davey, Tiami, who to put a few rumors to rest, is the NEWEST member of the House of Stone!

The crowd boos as Tiami smirks.

Troy: BTW Davey I guess you just said screw trying to dress up huh? It's cool because you've always had my back. All of you in this ring have had my back and there's one more person that deserves the most credit and she's backstage. Ophelia Morganti, babe, I won this for you. Just like I won the World Grand Prix for you and yeah I know that you didn't like the way I beat your friend and my ex-ally Timothy Hunt but I did what I had to do because like I told you when Tompkins put you on the shelf that I would avenge that horrible, horrible day. So babe this is for you because you're the strongest woman in this arena by far. A lot better looking than all of the woman int he audience right now and more special than any babe in the world and Ophy I just wanted you to know that you are the oxygen inside my lungs babe and regardless of if you wrestle again or not, #StoneGanti will forever rule the world.

The crowd boos as Troy tightens his face. Troy then drapes his title on his shoulders.

Troy: Now to business. I understand that this title right here means that I have a target on my back. That's cool. I already know none of you like me because I'm actually not afraid to speak my mind and talk about how damn good(looking) I am. So Jessie, Darin, you bring the world to the face of Troy Stone and I'll beat everyone in my way to keeping this. See this championships is suppose to represent the best. The man that steals the show, the headliner, the one that constantly brings it and for a while this championship has been in the hands of the best wrestler but for the first time in a while, now it is. Thanks to Troy Stone. So now my goal with this isn't to elevate this championships because according to all of you dweebs this is the holy grail right? The thing is everyone that holds this championships expect it to make them the best. Truth is the title doesn't make the man, the man makes the title and Troy Stone will make this title the way it should be and that's the most important possession in this company.

Troy pauses.

Troy: With the World Championship in my hands and with it being the mot important title, it means that I have power. The House of Stone we have power now. True power and although somehow Davey lost the Hybrid Championship. That's cool because Davey has his rematch clause and Anton Chase in a matter of weeks is going to lose that title right back to my friend.

David nods his head as does Tiami does the same.

Troy: And this is only the beginning. The beginning of our dominance of this place because that's been our goal since the beginning. Remember dweebs? I know you have short attention spans but this should be a rather easy concept to understand. The House of Stone was formed to rule PWX and now we basically do. I like to think that Troy Stone, ruler of Pro Wrestling X just sounds really good. Especially for a man of my caliber. True story. So for all of you in the back. Jason Aries, Ryan Kidd, Eljah Black, Nighthawk, Timothy Hunt, it doesn't matter. I'll fight the world and I'll outwork EVERYONE and outclass EVERYONE because Troy Stone outclasses EVERYONE in this company, in this business, in this world! No one right now can touch me. I practically could be a god, if you believe in such a thing. So much that for now on I am not the World Heavyweight Champion no, no, no. I am the World Heavyweight Champion of Divinity!

Chris Caudill: World Heavyweight Champion of Divinity?

Ricky Cravate: Ha I love it!

Troy: So before we get out with this celebration, Jessie you've been hyping up these announcements concerning me and the House of Stone so before you interrupt this glorious moment, I figure I, has the epicenter of this party, would invite you down here and say your piece. Supposedly you have my first challenger lined up and I'm curious to know just who that is.So Jessie, if you would, come down to the ring please so then when you're down, the House of Stone can pop bottles like kings and queens in honor of yours truly. Jessie, the floor is yours.

“Hakuai no Slow Motion” hits the PA and out walks Jessica, clapping and smiling before stopping at the top of the ramp. Her music died out as she just took the mike, smiling really big.

Chris Caudill: That smile…this can’t be good for the House of Stone.

Troy looked around and was scratching his head a little bit.

Troy: Hey Jessie, I know my babe Ophelia was named your assistant but…

Jessica: Easy there Troy, she is busy drafting up other plans for the night, and next week. However, she did a few things for me that has me out here now. You see when I stated that there was to be absolutely NO INTERFERENCE at Full Throttle, the PWX Board of Directors as well as myself meant it. Not only that, but I took it upon myself to dig a bit deeper into Bruce’s contract with your agent. I found out he is not even supposed to be here, he is a liability to the stars in the back and in this company. So, the start of my announcements begin. Until a valid bodyguard license is produced to me, Bruce is no longer allowed in any PWX building.

The House of Stone freaked out in the ring, Bruce showing the most concern and anger. Troy looked out at Jessica, lipping to her she couldn’t do that. Jessica shook her head.

Jessica: I am not Darin Zion, I make sure that safety is key in this promotion and he is a liability so…I just did and I am not done yet. Tiami…did you not know you were on thirty day probation in your contract? In it, it stated that if you failed to show for any match like you did tonight in your match against Nighthawk, then you are subject to punishment. Considering I am a generous person I am giving you one more chance next week. David Wilson versus Tiami Tyler for the number one contender spot to the Evolution title. Oh, Tiami, if you don’t show next week, you have no job with PWX.

David looked to Tiami and Troy was quick to realize his world was starting to slowly come in around him.

Troy: Are you serious Jessie?

Jessica: Dead serious and last but not least is you Troy. See, the interference by Bruce has consequences, I warned everyone on twitter about this. Darin will not be running rough shot and I am not letting an entire stable do the same. So I had to think about what to do for the world title match at Devil’s Night. Then it dawned on both myself and Ophelia. We worked out a plan and you will be defending your belt on October 30 against the man you screwed over, Timothy Hunt!

Timothy then walked out on the stage, staring at Troy and making a motion he wanted that belt, Jessica then stepped up.

Jessica: Oh boys, that wasn’t all. Ophelia came up with a unique match titled Devil’s Playground. It starts in a steel cage. The cage has a roof with steel chair and kendo sticks on it. The only ways to win are pin fall, submission or knockout. There will be no interference, no cheating and no way out. Good luck boys.

Jessica’s music hit the PA as the stare down between Troy and Timothy was on.

Ricky: What huge news for both ADR next week as well as our Devil’s Night pay per view!

Chris: Jessica doesn’t paly around. Tiami versus David, with Tiami’s job on the line. Plus Devil’s Playground rules apply as the world title will be on the line at Devil’s Night!

SINGLES MATCH
Jason Aries VS Nightmare

The bell rings and both men start laying into each other with stiff punches to the face. Both men did not want to play it slow and Nightmare got the upper hand as he gave a few stiff chops to the chest of Jason Aries. The fans started to clamor as Nightmare delivered some boots to the mid section of Aries.

Chirs Caudill: Nightmare better pull himself out of the corner quickly or he will be disqualified.

Nightmare got out of the corner before the ref got to the number five after delivering some more stiff kicks to the ribs of Aries. Aries pulled himself up to see Nightmare running at him. Aries got his foot up fast enough to boot Nightmare in the face. Nightmare was a bit woozy, but ran towards Aries again only to receive another boot to the face by Aries. Aries quickly took advantage of this and kicked Nightmare in the mid section. Aries attempted to lift Nightmare on his shoulders for a turnbuckle bomb, but dropped Nightmare and held his mid section.

Chirs Caudill: That beginning flurry of boots to Aries mid section must have taken its toll on the mid section of Jason.

Ricky Cravate: Nightmare better take advantage of this because Jason Aries is vicious when he has the advantage.

Jason started toward Nightmare, but Nightmare delivered a forearm shot to Jason which rocked him. Jason shook it off, delivering a superkick to the face followed by a pendulum elbow and then locked in the Aries Lock.

Chris Caudill: I can’t believe this! Even after an early onslaught, Aries has Nightmare down!

Nightmare tried slowly to get to the ropes, Aries feeling the hold breaking. Aries looked down, then slid Nightmare back toward the center of the ring, locking the hold in tighter. Nightmare was screaming and the ref asked if he wanted to stop. Nightmare had his hand raised, and tapped out immediately.

WINNER: Jason Aries

After the match, Nightmare crawled over to the corner as Aries celebrated the win. Nightmare looks to Aries, hoping for a bit of help up. Arise scoffs at him, walking out of the ring. Nightmare looks up the ramp and shakes his head, Aries posing for the crowd.



Noah: Ya know when I returned to PWX it wasn't meant to be for a long period of time i was approached by Darin Zion he wanted to retire he said, wanted one last match with me he said and I was like sure why not, wanted to get back to doing something I loved, not for a long period of time but mind you I signed on none the less, rekindled a friendship with Brian Hollywood and took on all comers all the while waiting for Zion to do what he promised.

[noah paused]

Noah: But that never happened, Zion would come and go, fight with the First Family, would disappear again and Sex and Money would reform and decimate the tag division and hold the tag titles with an iron grip.

[noah pauses again]

Noah: This brings me to my point, me and Brian we had defeated all comers, eliminated the Court and hell I beat a team on MY OWN last week. So where does that leave the tag belts? Simple I am retiring as the current tag team champions and walking away. See I have been working on a pay per appearance deal and I can only beat the same people so many times before it simply becomes redundant.

[Noah takes one belt, folds it neatly and places it on the mat and then does so with the other.]

Noah: I have been here and done everything I wanted and more, there is nothing else for me to prove...

[Noah looks around and then simply bows to the crowd as he then exits the ring and walks up the ramp, no music, no flare he stops at the top of the ramp, turns and smiles and then walks through the curtain...]

MAIN EVENT:
CHAMPION VS CHAMPION
Ryan Kidd Versus Anton Chase

The bell sounds, both men locking up in the center of the ring. After a moment of the collar and elbow tie up, Chase breaks the hold, the two staring each other down. Kidd tries a roundhouse kick, Anton ducks, Anton tries a forearm smash, Kidd blocks. The two stare at each other, smirks coming across their faces.

Chris: Very evenly matched. This is why they are two of the top athletes in PWX.

Ricky: Champions by belt, this is going to be one hell of a contest.

Anton managed to land a few forearm shots in, whipping Kidd off the ropes. Ryan stopped and as Chase turned around; Ryan almost connected with his Sudden Impact, but not before Chase caught his foot. He threw his foot to the mat and took Kidd down with a clothesline, followed by a quick pin.

1…

Kidd kicks out and both men get back to their feet. Kidd quickly kicks Chase in the mid section. He tries for a vertical suplex, but its blocked. He tried a second time, blocked again. He punched Chase a few times in the stomach nad tried a third time, but it was blocked again. Chase breaks out and once again lands a few jabs in on Kidd. He landed a belly to belly suplex, and before he could get the cover, Kidd manages to throw a few shots in himself.

Ricky: I think this may be a game of who can tire out first.

Chris: You may be right. Only one pinfall and it looks like neither wants to go down without their fists in the air.

Anton goes back toward the ropes, groggy from the rapid fire shots to his face. Ryan manages to get up at the same time. Ryan goes for a roundhouse kick, but it was blocked. Chase goes for a discus lariat at the same time Kidd goes for a forearm smash. Both connect hard as the ref begins his ten count.

2….

Chris: I don’t think either are moving.

3…
4….
5….

Ricky: You may be right. These two mat technicians may have knocked each other out.

6…

Ryan Kidd just starts to stir at six.

7…
8…

Ryan is crawling toward the ropes very slowly, Anton just now starting to stir himself.

9….
10!

Ryan Kidd looked on in shock as the ref rang the bell. He was close, but he was not to his feet.

WINNERS: NO CONTEST

Chris: These two managed to knock each other senseless. This is why these two are called champions.

Ricky: Anton has barely moved. He hit his head on the mat pretty hard.

Chris: Well folks, that will do it for us this week. What will happen as the Canada tour continues? Find out on ADR 54!
