Besides looking almost exactly like Bill Clinton, Slick Willy wears a lounger singer's suit, gold collar and ruffles over a purple/green sport jacket and even a black bowtie which is left open. This goes with the white wingtip boots that sort of look like shoes since his pants cover most of them up. If Bill Clinton became a lounge singer, this is exactly what he'd look like.
Personality and Alignment:
Out-going, likable person who gets away with a lot of cheating. He's a heel, but people just seem to love him so much for no reason what-so-ever.
Background:
Not much is known about the man doing the impersonation other than he really looks like Bill, however, Bill Clinton was President of the United States from 1993 until 2000 (serving two terms) and was brought up on charges of tampering and lying under oath for his role in Monicagate and Watergate. Neither stuck, and Clinton was not impeached. This left him with one option, to become a lounge singer and team up with Tricky Dick to become wrestlers.

Wrestling Style/Comparative To: Chris Jericho/Christian/Random WWE Star - basically, he's gifted but doesn't do a whole lot in the ring.

Just like his tag team partner (but oh so different), Tricky Dick is a former President impersonator, he just really looks like Richard M. Nixon. Which goes good with his lime green suit and black collared shirt with ruffles as well. Unlike Slick Willy, however, Dick opts for the cumberbun instead of bowtie, and that's a lime green color as well. His boots/shoes are blue in color as well and he often is seen doing the two-step.
Personality and Alignment:
He's just as out going as Slick Willy, but Tricky Dick has more of a mean streak towards those he sees as enemies or people who are out to get him -- which there are seemingly a lot of in his mind. He's a heel, but people like him as well. It's more of a love/hate
relationship.

Not much is known about the man doing the impersonation, but Richard M. Nixon was President of the
United States from 1969 until 1974 (when he resigned). He also served as Vice President
under Dwight D. Eisenhower (53'-61') with notable success. As President, Nixon was known
as a shrewd foriegn ambassador, yet enjoyed putting wire taps on people's phones here in
the States. He is most known for being the first President to resign during the Watergate
Hotel Scandal... he probably would have been impeached.
